To provide an earth removal system capable of calculating the amount of earth stored in a sediment hopper with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An earth removal system 1 comprises: a sediment hopper 10 capable of storing sediment and discharging the sediment downward; a distance measuring sensor 40 installed above an inlet 11 of the sediment hopper 10; and a stored sediment volume calculation device 50 calculating a volume of stored sediment in the sediment hopper 10. The stored sediment volume calculation device 50 comprises calculation means 51 for calculating the stored sediment volume based on a distance from the distance measuring sensor 40 to a top surface of the sediment in the sediment hopper 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】簡単な構造で土砂ホッパー内の貯留土量を算出できる排土システムを提供する。【解決手段】排土システム１であって、土砂を貯留可能であるとともに、土砂を下方に向けて排出可能な土砂ホッパー１０と、土砂ホッパー１０の投入口１１よりも上方に設置された測距センサ４０と、土砂ホッパー１０内の貯留土量を算出する貯留土量算出装置５０と、を備えている。貯留土量算出装置５０は、測距センサ４０から土砂ホッパー１０内の土砂の上面までの距離に基づいて、貯留土量を算出する演算手段５１を備えている。【選択図】図２
