To increase the operability of functions of a work vehicle.SOLUTION: An operation device of a work vehicle includes an operation lever for operating various different functions of a work vehicle. The operation lever includes: a base end part swingably supported around the driving sheet of the work vehicle; a grasping part provided in the top end part of the base end part; and a switching part for connecting the grasping part and the base end part to each other and switching a first mode of setting the angle of the grasping part to the base end part to a first angle and a second mode of making the angle to a second angle different from the first angle. The function of the work vehicle to receive operation instructions is changed between when the switching part selects the first mode and when the switching part selects the second mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
