To provide a soundproof sheet that can balance visibility such as a figure, a lighting property and a landscape harmonic property.SOLUTION: A flexible sheet with a surface density of 1.0 to 2.5 kg/m2 and a whole light transmittance of 35 to 65% is formed by providing a chlorine atom-containing resin coating layer at each surface of a coarse substrate. The coarse substrate is a fabric with a porosity of 20 to 45%, and the fabric is either A) a fabric A or B) a fabric B. The fabric A contains half or more of yarn in any of Munsell lightness levels 1, 2, 3, and 4, in warp yarn or weft yarn, with the other-direction yarn having a Munsell lightness level of 8 or 9. The fabric B mixedly uses yarn of any of Munsell lightness levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 in warp yarn or weft yarn, and yarn with a Munsell lightness level of 8 or 9, featuring a regularly alternate arrangement with the mixed use ratio of 1:1 to 1:2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
