To provide structure of a steel frame building shell that further adapts SS structures to the needs of housing, extends the lifespan of housing and achieves net-zero carbon emissions.SOLUTION: A steel frame building body A includes an H-beam 1 and a deck plate 2. A floor slab B includes an RC slab 3 laid on the deck plate 2. The deck plate 2 and the RC slab 3 form the floor slab B. A building exterior wall C includes an RC waterstop edge 4 molded on the RC slab 3, two C-shaped steels 5, and an exterior wall panel 61 and an interior wall panel 62. One of the two C-shaped steels 5 is installed on the RC waterstop edge 4 with an opening facing upward, and the other is installed on the lower surface of the deck plate 2 with an opening facing downward. The exterior wall panel 61 and the interior wall panel 62 are affixed to both side portions of the RC waterstop edge 4 and the C-shaped steel 5, and a hollow space S is formed between the exterior wall panel 61 and the interior wall panel 62. The building exterior wall C is installed directly on the floor slab B as a two-layer structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
