To provide a fire resistive covering member of a piping insertion part that can effectively and efficiently conduct fire resistive covering of the piping insertion part as compared to a conventional one, and a fire resistive covering structure and a fire resistive covering method.SOLUTION: A fire resistive covering member comprises an annular fire resistive covering material 11, and welding parts 121 fixed by welding pins 13 from an outer surface of the fire resistive covering material 11 and covering end surfaces of the fire resistive covering material 11.
