SOLAR CELL MODULE INSTALLATION TRESTLE, ROOF WATERPROOF STRUCTURE, AND ROOF WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a solar cell module installation trestle, a floor waterproof structure, and a floor waterproof construction method which are lightweight as a solar cell module installation trestle, have good workability, do not apply a load to a live load of a building, do not use a weight such as a metal frame, a stone material, a concrete block or a metal block, facilitate landing and treatment, have an extremely small live load on a roof due to remarkable weight reduction, prevent intrusion of wind and rainwater into the inside of the trestle, prevent generation of lift force due to a negative pressure by wind, achieve both a waterproof function and installation of a building roof floor, enable installation of a solar cell module installation trestle without hindering the waterproof performance in addition to waterproof construction, and enable construction as waterproof construction of the building roof floor including the installation of the solar cell module installation trestle.SOLUTION: A frame panel made of foam plastic is assembled by fitting, and an outer surface of a solar cell module installation trestle 1 formed by sticking a face plate made of a foam plastic thereto is covered with an urethane coating film waterproof material 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】太陽電池モジュール設置架台としては軽量で作業性が良く、建物の積載荷重に負担をかけないもので、金属製フレームや、石材、コンクリートブロック又は金属ブロックなど重りを全く用いず、荷揚げや取扱が容易で、大幅な軽量化により屋上の積載荷重が極めて小さく、且つ、架台の内側に風も雨水も浸入させず、風による負圧による揚力を発生させないものであり、ビル屋上等の防水機能と設置が共調するもので、防水施工と合わせてその防水性能を阻害することなく太陽電池モジュール設置架台が設置でき、太陽電池モジュール設置架台の設置を含めたビル屋上等の防水施工として工事が可能な太陽電池モジュール設置架台および床防水構造および床防水施工法を提供する。【解決手段】発泡プラスチック製骨組パネルを嵌め合わせで組立てそれに発泡プラスチック製面板を貼設した太陽電池モジュール設置架台1の外面にウレタン塗膜防水材13を被覆した。【選択図】図8
