To realize air blowing control between rooms that can make a user's comfort better than before.SOLUTION: A room candidate determination unit 20 determines a supply side room candidate that is a room serving as a candidate on a supply side of air, and a reception side room candidate that is a room serving as a candidate on a reception side of air, on the basis of a user's utilization situation of each of a plurality of rooms. An air blowing control unit 40 controls airflow adjustment devices (a fan 2 and a valve 3) provided in an air passage between the plurality of rooms so as to supply air of the supply side room candidate to the reception side candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
