【課題】建物の基礎設計を容易にすることができる建物の基礎設計方法、基礎設計プログラム及び基礎設計装置を得る。【解決手段】建物の基礎設計方法は、建物の基礎上に立設された柱間に支持された梁の長さの最大値Smaxに基づいて基礎が負担する荷重を設定し、設定された荷重に基づいて、梁の長さの最大値Smaxと必要な耐荷重性能を備える基礎の仕様とを対応付けた基礎仕様表40を作成し、梁の長さを含む建物の設計情報と基礎仕様表40とを参照して建物の基礎の仕様を決定する。【選択図】図5
