To provide a louver device for a building that can efficiently realize solar power generation.SOLUTION: A louver device 10 for a building is installed on a wall surface 50a of a building 50, and comprises a plurality of louver materials 20. Each of the louver material 20 has a louver body 21 having an opening 21a formed on a predetermined surface, and a solar cell module 23 attached to the opening 21a of the louver body 21, and a hollow portion 20b is formed inside the louver material 20 over the entire longitudinal length of the louver material 20, and a back surface 23b of the solar cell module 23 is exposed to the hollow portion 20b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
