WALL STRUCTURE OF WOOD MATERIALS
To provide wall structure of wood materials as a wall component capable of achieving excellent workability, high strength, and lightweight wall structure using wood materials that are shaped in a specified shape and dimensions and capable of being lightweight for easy handling for openings in column-beam structures.SOLUTION: A wall 1 is constructed using multiple octagonal blocks 5 of the same size made of wood material. In the octagonal block, the horizontal side x is formed parallel to the direction of the fibers f of the wood material, and the vertical side y is formed by intersecting with the direction of the fibers of the wood materials. The multiple octagonal blocks include columns and beams arranged in the same direction in which the fibers of the wood material all face in the same direction in the opening 4; equal-length vertical sides face each other and equal-length horizontal sides face each other and the vertical side of the octagonal block facing column 2 faces the column; and the horizontal edge of the octagonal block facing beam 3 faces the beam. In each column direction and beam direction, the octagonal blocks are connected with reinforcing metal fittings 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁の構成部材として、柱・梁架構の開口部分に対し、定形であって、かつ取り扱いが容易なように軽量化が可能な木質材料を用い、優れた施工性と高い強度、そしてまた壁自体の軽量化を図ることが可能な木質材料製の壁構造を提供する。【解決手段】同一寸法の木質材料製の八角形ブロック５を複数個用い、八角形ブロックの横辺ｘは、木質材料の繊維ｆの向きと平行に形成され、縦辺ｙは、木質材料の繊維の向きと交差させて形成され、複数個の八角形ブロックは、開口部４分の内方で、木質材料の繊維の向きがすべて同じ向きであって、等長の縦辺同士が向かい合いかつ等長の横辺同士が向かい合う配列で、かつ、柱２に面する八角形ブロックの縦辺が当該柱と向かい合い、梁３に面する八角形ブロックの横辺が当該梁と向かい合うように、柱・梁方向に配設され、柱方向及び梁方向それぞれで、八角形ブロック同士が補強金物１０で連結されて、壁１が構築される。【選択図】図１
