To provide a supporting member and a cooling-heating system in which a cover plate can be easily and firmly attached to the body part.SOLUTION: A supporting member 1 that supports a zoning partition plate 91 of a cooling-heating space R includes a body part 10 on which a side opening 15 is formed, and a cover plate 20 that closes the side opening 15 and is adjacent to the zoning partition plate 91. The body part 10 and the cover plate 20 have a fitting structure in which their longitudinally extending sides fit together. An internal flow path 16 through which gas A can move is formed inside the body part 10 with the side opening 15 being closed by the cover plate 20, and outlet ports 22 through which the gas A flows out from the internal flow path 16 are formed on the cover plate 20. The cooling-heating system comprises the supporting member 1 and a gas temperature regulator that regulates the temperature of the gas A flowing into the internal flow path 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
