SILL DRIP
To provide a sill drip preventing intrusion of rain water to an indoor side space with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A sill drip (1) used for a building having a ventiduct (40) in communication with an underfloor space between a foundation (21) of the building and a sill part (22) is provided with: a drip plate part (12) extending from a sill side to an outdoor side and facing a lower end part of an outer wall; a front plate part (13) suspended down from an outdoor side end part of the drip plate part; a bottom plate part (14) facing a rear surface of the drip plate part, in which a ventilation hole (15) is provided in an area between the front plate part and the foundation; and a flashing part (16) projecting downward from an indoor side end part of the drip plate part to receive blown-into water from the ventilation hole and flow down the water onto the bottom plate part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構成で、屋内側の空間への雨水の浸入を防止すること。【解決手段】土台水切(1)は、建物の基礎(21)と土台部(22)との間に床下空間に連通する通気路(40)を有する建物に適用される土台水切であって、土台部側から屋外側に延び、外壁の下端部に対面する水切板部(12)と、水切板部の屋外側端部から垂れ下がる前板部(13)と、水切板部の裏面と対面し、前板部と基礎との間の範囲内に換気口(15)が設けられた底板部(14)と、水切板部の屋内側端部から下方に突出し、換気口から吹き込んだ水を受け止めて底板部上に流下する水返し部(16)とを備える。【選択図】図1
