To provide a snow accretion reduction apparatus that prevents sliding of snow as it is in a large mass by reducing snow accretion on a steel-pipe column and has high weatherproof property, and a snow accretion reduction tubular structural body where the snow accretion reduction apparatus is provided in the tubular structural body.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a snow accretion reduction apparatus 1 fixed onto an apex curve surface of a tubular structural body 10 and which can reduce snow accretion to the tubular structural body 10. The snow accretion reduction apparatus comprises: a plurality of pedestals 5 for fixing them onto the apex curve surface of the tubular structural body 10; at least one snow cutting plate 7 being a plate fixed to each of the plurality of pedestals 5 and for separating snowfall at an end surface of the plate; support plates 3A, 3B fixed to the plurality of pedestals 5; and a sheet-shaped snow accretion reduction material 9 adhered to a part or the whole of the support plates 3A, 3B and the snow cutting plate 7 so as to cover the support plates 3A, 3B and the snow cutting plate 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
