To prevent a vehicle whose door is unlocked by remote control from being left in an unlocked state.SOLUTION: A vehicle lock control device 10 includes a lock control unit 11 for locking/unlocking an own vehicle in response to remote operation from a remote control device, an unlocking person state determination unit 12 for determining a state of an unlocking person who has unlocked the own vehicle by remote operation, and a recognition state determination unit 13 for determining whether or not the unlocking person recognizes the position of the own vehicle based on the state of the unlocking person. When it is determined that the unlocking person does not recognize the position of the own vehicle even after a specified time has passed since the own vehicle was unlocked by remote operation, the lock control unit 11 locks the own vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遠隔操作でドアが解錠された車両が、解錠されたまま放置された状態になることを防止する。【解決手段】車両ロック制御装置１０は、遠隔制御装置からの遠隔操作に応じて自車両の施錠および解錠を行うロック制御部１１と、遠隔操作で自車両を解錠した人物である解錠者の状態を判断する解錠者状態判断部１２と、解錠者の状態に基づいて、解錠者が自車両の位置を認識しているか否かを判定する認識状況判定部１３と、を備える。遠隔操作によって自車両が解錠されてから予め定められた時間経過しても、解錠者が自車両の位置を認識していないと判定されると、ロック制御部１１は、自車両を施錠する。【選択図】図１
