To provide a door structure 110 and a booth 100 capable of bringing a door part 10 into a standstill with a large opening degree.SOLUTION: A door structure 110 includes a door part 10, a vertical frame part 20, a hinge and an opening stop mechanism. The door part 10 includes a substantially flat plate door panel part 1, and a hinge side end part 2. The door part 10 can rotate around a rotary shaft R extending in the height direction (vertical direction) V in the hinge side end part 2. The hinge rotatably supports the hinge side end part 2 of the door part 10 with respect to the vertical frame part 20. The hinge brings the rotation of the door part 10 into a standstill in a state where the door part 10 is open at a first angle θ1 or more. The opening stop mechanism restricts the opening degree of the door part 10 at the first angle θ1 and a second angle θ2 larger than 90°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
