To provide a system that easily makes a steel structure that is a complicated structured protected material into a steel structure with corrosion proof effect.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a corrosion proof system of a steel material, the system includes a steel material, a base metal having a lower natural potential than the steel material, and a hydrous fluid containing fine cellulose fibers having an average fiber width of 1 nm or more and 1000 nm or less and an electrolyte, where the steel material and the base metal are joined in a form of electric continuity, the hydrous fluid is in contact with a steel material surface and a base metal surface and base metal ions generated from a base metal surface are supplied to a steel material surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
