BUCKLING RESTRAINING BRACE
To provide a buckling restraining brace that is preferably used by being incorporated in a frame of a wooden building and others and can enhance rigidity in a strong axis direction and a weak axis direction of a core material.SOLUTION: A buckling restraining brace 60 comprises: a core material 10 that has a pair of first plates 11 and a pair of second plates 13 and is formed of a square steel pipe; and a wooden restraint body 40 that is made of wood and has at least a pair of restraining materials 41. An outside reinforcement rib 20A having a substantially cross-shaped cross section is formed by fitting a pair of first reinforcement ribs 21 and a pair of second reinforcement ribs 23 to outer peripheral surfaces of ends of the pair of first plates 11 and outer peripheral surfaces of ends of the pair of second plates 13, respectively. A first concavity 48 in which the first reinforcement rib 21 is stored in a state of having a gap G1 is provided on an end of the restraining material 41. A second concavity 49 in which the second reinforcement rib 23 is stored in a state of having a gap G2 is provided on an end between the pair of the restraining materials 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
