To clarify who is responsible for construction.SOLUTION: A load-bearing wall 7 is provided in a rectangular steel frame structure 2A composed of a steel beam 5, a reinforced concrete beam 6, etc., and is joined to each of the steel beam 5 and the reinforced concrete beam 6 via a first connecting mechanism 8 and a second connecting mechanism 9. The first connecting mechanism 8 includes one pull bolt 11 vertically incorporated in the load-bearing wall 7, a first wall side metal fitting 12 fixed to the load-bearing wall 7 with the one pull bolt 11, and a first frame structure side metal fitting 13 welded to the steel beam 5 or fixed to the reinforced concrete beam 6 with a first anchor bolt 17 and joined to the first wall side metal fitting 12 with a plurality of first joining bolts 16. The second connecting mechanism 9 has a second wall side metal fitting 21 fixed to the load-bearing wall 7 with a plurality of fixing bolts, and a second frame structure side metal fitting 22 welded to the steel beam 5 or fixed to the reinforced concrete beam 6 with a second anchor bolt 24 and joined to the second wall side metal fitting 21 with one second joining bolt 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工の責任の所在を明確にする。【解決手段】耐力壁7は、鉄骨造梁5及び鉄筋コンクリート造梁6等で構成された矩形枠状の鉄骨造の架構2A内に設けられ、鉄骨造梁5及び鉄筋コンクリート造梁6の各々に対して第1接合機構8及び第2接合機構9を介して接合され、第1接合機構8は、耐力壁7に鉛直に組み込まれた一つの引きボルト11と、一つの引きボルト11で耐力壁7に固定された第1壁側金物12と、鉄骨造梁5に溶接され又は第1アンカーボルト17で鉄筋コンクリート造梁6に固定され、かつ、複数の第1接合ボルト16で第1壁側金物12に接合された第1架構側金物13を有し、第2接合機構9は、複数の固定ボルトで耐力壁7に固定された第2壁側金物21と、鉄骨造梁5に溶接され又は第2アンカーボルト24で鉄筋コンクリート造梁6に固定され、かつ、一つの第2接合ボルト23で第2壁側金物21に接合された第2架構側金物22を有する。【選択図】図1
