To provide a sedative manufacturing apparatus that can add water to papermaking sludge in which an amount of the water corresponds to reduction of a water content of the papermaking sludge caused by frictional heat accompanying kneading, compression and transfer in a barrel, so as to execute, preferably, molding and solidification of the papermaking sludge.SOLUTION: There is provided a sedative manufacturing apparatus, in which a sedative G is composed of a molded and solidified material PF of papermaking sludge P. The sedative manufacturing apparatus comprises: two screw shafts 2, 2 rotatably arranged in parallel in a barrel 1 into which the papermaking sludge is charged; screw blades engaged with each other and provided on the respective screw shafts; a rotary driving mechanism K for forcibly kneading, compressing and transferring the papermaking sludge in a meshing space of the respective screw blades with the two screw shafts being rotatingly driven inward in different directions; a die plate 3 having nozzle holes 3a, 3a for discharging the molded and solidified material of the papermaking being sludge kneaded, compressed and transferred in the barrel; and water content adjusting means 4 for adjusting a water content of the papermaking sludge being kneaded, compressed and transferred in the barrel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】バレル内での混練圧縮移送に伴う摩擦熱による製紙スラッジの含水率の低下を加味した分の水を製紙スラッジに加水することができ、製紙スラッジの成形固化を良好に行うことができる。【解決手段】鎮静剤Ｇは製紙スラッジＰの成形固化物ＰＦからなり、製紙スラッジが投入されるバレル１内に二個のスクリュー軸２・２を回転自在に並設し、各スクリュー軸に相互に噛み合うスクリュー羽根を設け、二個のスクリュー軸を互いに異方向の内向きに回転駆動させ、各スクリュー羽根の歯合空間で製紙スラッジを強制的に混練圧縮移送させるための回転駆動機構Ｋを設け、バレル内で混練圧縮移送されてくる製紙スラッジの成形固化物を排出するノズル孔３ａ・３ａ・・を有するダイスプレート３を設けてなり、バレル内で混練圧縮移送される製紙スラッジの含水率を調整する含水率調整手段４を設けてなる。【選択図】図１
