To provide a method for efficiently recovering a high-quality cement paste from waste concrete.SOLUTION: A method for recovering a cement paste from waste concrete includes: a crushing step of crushing waste concrete having a predetermined grain size; a specific gravity separation step of separating a crushed material into a heavy specific gravity material, an intermediate specific gravity material, a light specific gravity material, and a collected dust by supplying the crushed material to an air-table type specific gravity separator that ejects gas toward a porous plate from below while vibrating the porous plate inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to a horizontal direction; and a recovery step of recovering light products and the collected dust.SELECTED DRAWING: None
