To provide a wood board exhibiting superior surface smoothness to conventional OSB, that is preferably usable for being a decorative plate by directly attaching the decorative plate thereon, as a substrate.SOLUTION: According to a cut wood flake plate 1 obtained by mixing and integrating a cut wood flake 2 and an adhesive, that is obtained by hot-press integration, at least one surface of the plate exhibits a maximum height of 200 μm or less indicating surface roughness defined by Japanese industry standard JIS B 0601: 2013. The cut wood flake having a thickness of 0.1 mm or more and 0.6 mm or less, a width of 1.0 mm or more and 50 mm or less, and a length of 15 mm or more and 200 mm or less preferably has a tree kind density of 0.6 g/cm3 or less, and a cut wood flake plate board density of 0.5 to 0.9 g/cm3. The cut wood flake plate is preferably usable for being a decorative plate 5 as a substrate by directly attaching a decorative material 4 such as a sliced veneer, a decorative sheet, or the like thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来のＯＳＢより優れた表面平滑性を有し、その上に直接化粧材を貼着して化粧板とするための基材として好適に使用可能な木質ボードを提供する。【解決手段】木削薄片２と接着剤とを混合して集積し、熱圧一体化して得られる木削薄片板１であって、その少なくとも一方の表面が、日本産業規格ＪＩＳ Ｂ ０６０１：２０１３で定義される表面粗さを示す最大高さが２００μｍ以下である。木削薄片は、厚さが０．１ｍｍ以上０．６ｍｍ以下、幅が１．０ｍｍ以上５０ｍｍ以下、長さが１５ｍｍ以上２００ｍｍ以上であり、その樹種密度が０．６ｇ／ｃｍ３以下であり、木削薄片板のボード密度が０．５～０．９ｇ／ｃｍ３以下であることが好ましい。この木削薄片板は、その上に直接突板や化粧シートなどの化粧材４を貼着して化粧板５とするための基材として好適に使用可能である。【選択図】図２
