STEEL PLATE BUILT-UP POST, ASSEMBLY METHOD FOR STEEL PLATE BUILT-UP POST
To provide a steel plate built-up post capable of securely improving rigidity of the steel plate built-up post, and an assembly method for the steel plate built-up post.SOLUTION: A steel plate built-up post 100 is built by vertically jointing multiple steel pipes 1, each of which is a right truncated taper-shape cone with its diameter increasing as the level going down. The steel plate built-up post 100 is characterized by comprising: an upper first steel pipe 10; and a lower second steel pipe 20 that is jointed to the bottom of the upper first steel pipe 10 having its diameter increased in a taper rate higher than that of the upper first steel pipe 10. The taper rate of the lower second steel pipe 20 is greater than the taper rate of the upper first steel pipe 10 by 0% plus to 7%. To be assembled, the first steel pipe 10 and the second steel pipe 20 are fist made contact each other by the second steel pipe 20 being inserted into the bottom part of the first steel pipe 10, then the first steel pipe 10 is pushed downward for the jointing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼板組立柱の剛性を確実に向上させることができる鋼板組立柱、及び鋼板組立柱の組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】 鋼板組立柱100は、テーパ状で下方に向けて拡径された直円錐台形の複数の鋼管1が上下に継ぎ合わされた鋼板組立柱100であって、上段の第1鋼管10と、上段の第1鋼管10の下段に継ぎ合わされ、上段の第1鋼管10よりも高いテーパ率で拡径された下段の第2鋼管20と、を備えることを特徴とする。上段の第1鋼管10のテーパ率に対する下段の第2鋼管20のテーパ率の増加率は、0%超~7%である。組立方法としては、第1鋼管10の下方に第2鋼管20を挿入して第1鋼管10と第2鋼管20とを接触させたあと、第1鋼管10を下方に向けて押し下げて継ぎ合わせる。【選択図】図2
