To determine the combination of a remote control device and a work machine to be remotely controlled.SOLUTION: A remote control system for a work machine includes: a remote controller that is associated with a remote control device and transmits an operation command based on an operation signal from the remote control device; a relay controller that is associated with the work machine and receives the operation command; an operation command transmitter that sends the operation command relayed by the relay controller to the work machine; and a management controller that connects communication between a specific remote controller and a specific relay controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
