To manage concrete curing based on the condition of a water film on a concrete surface.SOLUTION: A concrete curing management device that manages concrete curing in a concrete casting area based on the state of a water film on the surface of concrete during curing includes: a planar position information acquisition part that acquires planar position information of the casting area; a water sprinkling division position information acquisition part that acquires water sprinkling division position information of at least one water sprinkling division obtained by dividing the casting area into mesh of a predetermined size based on acquired planar position information; a sensor data acquisition part that acquires at least one piece of sensor data linking reflection intensity data, which is a reflection intensity of a laser beam emitted from a laser sensor, and position information of the position where the reflection intensity data was measured; a water film determination part that determines the presence or absence of the water film in the water sprinkling division based on sensor data; and a water sprinkling control part that controls water sprinkling to the water sprinkling division based on the result of determination by the water film determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
