To provide an anchor assembly with strong and firm bonding and excellent waterproofness.SOLUTION: A combined anchor and fastener assembly 110 for anchoring an object to a support structure includes: an anchor baseplate 111 having a top surface 112 and a bottom surface 113, and an elongated post having an upper end and a lower end in a state that the upper end thereof coupled to the baseplate 111 so it suspends from the bottom surface 113 thereof. An at least partially threaded blind bore 117 extends from the top surface 112 of the baseplate 111 into the post and has an open top end of the top surface 112 of the baseplate 111 and a closed bottom end in the post. The bottom surface 113 of the anchor baseplate is configured to allow at least a part of the support structure to abut and lie generally flush thereagainst except for an area of the bottom surface which is covered by the post.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
