To allow an opening/closing body to be quickly installed and stored.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device with a water stop plate includes a frame body 10 having a center opening, an opening/closing body 20 for opening/closing the opening, and a water stop plate 30 fitted into the frame body 10 for closing the lower part of the opening, the water stop plate 30 being supported by the opening/closing body 20 for movement between a water stop position where the water stop plate is fitted into the lower end of the frame body 10 arranged in the thickness direction with respect to the opening/closing body 20 in its closed state and a storage position where the water stop plate is separated upward from the frame body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 開閉体を速やかに設置したり収納したりすることができる。【解決手段】 止水板付き開閉装置であって、中央に開口を有する枠体１０と、前記開口を開閉する開閉体２０と、前記開口の下側部分を閉鎖するように枠体１０に嵌め合わせられる止水板３０とを備え、止水板３０が、閉鎖状態の開閉体２０に対し厚さ方向に並ぶようにして枠体１０の下端寄りに嵌り合った止水位置と、枠体１０から上方へ離脱した収納位置との間で移動するように、開閉体２０に支持されている。【選択図】 図１
