VIBRATION ISOLATION OIL DAMPER SYSTEM
To provide a vibration isolation oil damper system for suppressing a wind sway of a building by bringing an oil damper into a lock state at a strong wind, releasing the lock state of the oil damper at the occurrence of an earthquake, and reducing vibration which is transmitted to the building by a simple configuration, and to facilitate the installation and maintenance/management of the system.SOLUTION: An vibration isolation oil damper system 10A comprises a vibration isolation device, an oil damper 30, a circulation path 40 for making liquid circulate between a first chamber R1 and a second chamber R2 of the oil damper 30, a control valve 50A for opening and closing the circulation path 40, and a stiff body 71A separated from a building 1, and arranged so as to be relatively movable with respect to the building 1. The vibration isolation oil damper system also comprises attenuation force switching means 70A for bringing the oil damper 30 into a lock state with the control valve 50A set in a closed state when a response amount generated at the stiff body 71A at the occurrence of vibration is smaller than a threshold S, and releasing the lock state of the oil damper 30 with the control valve 50A set in an open state when the response amount is equal to or larger than the threshold S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】強風時にはオイルダンパをロック状態として建物の風揺れを抑制し、地震発生時にはオイルダンパのロック状態を解除して建物へ伝わる振動を低減する免震用オイルダンパシステムを、簡潔な構造で実現し、設置及び維持管理を容易とする。【解決手段】免震用オイルダンパシステム10Aは、免震装置と、オイルダンパ30と、オイルダンパ30の第1室R1と第2室R2との間で液体を流通させる流通経路40と、流通経路40を開閉する制御弁50Aと、建物1と分離して、建物1に対して相対移動可能に設けられた剛体71Aを備え、振動が生じた際に剛体71Aに生じる応答量が閾値Sより小さい場合に、制御弁50Aを閉状態としてオイルダンパ30をロック状態とし、応答量が閾値S以上の場合に、制御弁50Aを開状態としてオイルダンパ30のロック状態を解除する、減衰力切替手段70Aと、を備えている。【選択図】図2
