CONCRETE-REINFORCING FIBER, CONCRETE-MOLDED PRODUCT AND MOLDING METHOD
To provide: an inorganic fiber for reinforcing concrete, capable of being well dispersed in fresh concrete and providing a concrete-molded product after molding and solidification with high mechanical strength; a concrete-molded product; and a molding method.SOLUTION: A concrete-reinforcing fiber is a flexible rod-shaped body made by twisting a plurality of strands of non-water-absorbing inorganic single fibers together and applying resin to a part of a surface thereof to fix the twisted shape. A molding method includes: adding the concrete-reinforcing fiber to fresh concrete, and kneading and deforming the same so that the fresh concrete penetrates between the strands and self-restores the rod-shaped body; and dispersing the same as a rod-shaped body while containing the concrete inside a concrete-molded product. The concrete-molded product is a molded product made by dispersing the concrete-reinforcing fiber in the fresh concrete and solidifying the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 フレッシュコンクリートに良好に分散させ得て、成形固化後のコンクリート成形品に高い機械強度を与え得るコンクリート補強用無機繊維、コンクリート成形品及び成形方法の提供。【解決手段】 コンクリート補強用繊維は、非吸水性の無機単繊維を束ねたストランドを複数束ねてねじりを加えられ表面の一部に樹脂を付与されてねじり形状を固定された可撓性を有する棒状体である。成形方法は、コンクリート補強用繊維をフレッシュコンクリートに加えて混練し変形させてストランドの間にフレッシュコンクリートを侵入させるとともに棒状体に自己復元させ、コンクリート成形品中で内部にコンクリートを含ませつつ棒状体として分散させる。コンクリート成形品は、フレッシュコンクリートにコンクリート補強用繊維を分散させて成形し固化させた成形品である。【選択図】図１
