To provide a bicycle parking machine that is able to facilitate maintenance management by improving durability.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking machine includes: a first lifting/lowering unit 10 to which a lifting/lowering rack 100 in a vehicle unoccupied state and a first movable body 11 to lift/lower along a support post 1 are fitted and which is constantly pulled upward; a second lifting/lowering unit 20 which lifts/lowers along the first support post 1 together with a bicycle carried in and mounted on to bring the lifting/lowering rack 100 into an actual vehicle occupied state; and an engaging unit 30 capable of integrally lifting/lowering the first lifting/lowering unit 10 and the second lifting/lowering unit 20 in an actual vehicle occupied state, and capable of an auto-return operation for the first lifting/lowering unit 10 to independently lift when a vehicle unoccupied state is brought about. The bicycle parking machine is provided with an assisting member 40 that assists in applying biasing force to the first lifting/lowering unit 10 by acting so as to separate (float) the first movable body 11 upward with respect to a second movable body 21 in a locked state at a lower part of the support post 1 at the start of the auto-return operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
