To efficiently and safely inspect whether an inspection target contained in an object is in a specific state.SOLUTION: There is provided an inspection support system 1 for inspecting whether an inspection target AG included in an object 210 is in a specific state where it is at least partially detached from the object 210, including: an acquisition unit 10, 11 for acquiring position information on the inspection target AG; a vibration device 40 that irradiates the inspection target AG with a vibration laser L1 for generating vibration in the inspection target AG based on the acquired position information; a vibration measuring device 50 that irradiates the inspection target AG with a measurement laser L2 based on the acquired position information and receives the measurement laser L2 reflected by the inspection target AG to acquire vibration information on the inspection target AG; and a determination unit 60, 170 that determines whether the inspection target AG meets a specific condition based on the acquired vibration information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】物体に含まれる検査対象物が特定状態にあるかを効率的且つ安全に検査する。【解決手段】物体２１０に含まれる検査対象物ＡＧが物体２１０から少なくとも部分的に剥離した特定状態にあるかを検査する検査支援システム１であって、検査対象物ＡＧの位置情報を取得する取得ユニット１０，１１と、取得される位置情報に基づき、検査対象物ＡＧに振動を発生させる加振用レーザＬ１を検査対象物ＡＧに向けて照射する加振装置４０と、取得される位置情報に基づき、検査対象物ＡＧに向けて計測用レーザＬ２を照射するとともに、検査対象物ＡＧにて反射された計測用レーザＬ２を受信することにより、検査対象物ＡＧの振動情報を取得する振動計測装置５０と、取得される振動情報に基づき、検査対象物ＡＧが特定条件にあるかを判定する判定部６０，１７０と、を備えた。【選択図】図２
