FLOODING PREVENTION DEVICE
To ensure waterproofness by surely developing a waterproof sheet by a flooding prevention device in emergency to cover the entire outer periphery of a building.SOLUTION: The flooding prevention device is provided with: a fixed member 3 fixed to an outer periphery of a building 50; and a waterproof sheet 2 configured so as to have a base end side fitted to the fixed member 3, be folded or rolled during normal time, be expanded by introducing air therein, and prevent water from intruding into the building 50 by continuously covering the outer periphery of the building 50. The waterproof sheet 2 is configured so as to continuously cover the outer periphery of the building 50 up to a position higher than an underfloor ventilation port 52 on a lower foundation 51 constituting a lower part of the building 50 during expansion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】浸水防止装置によって非常時に確実に展開して建物の外周全体を覆って防水できるようにする。【解決手段】建物５０の外周に固定される固定部材３と、基端側が固定部材３に取り付けられ、通常時は折り畳まれ又は丸められ、内部に空気を導入されることで膨張し、建物５０の外周を連続して覆うことで、建物５０への水の浸入を防止するように構成された防水シート２とを設け、防水シート２を膨張時において建物５０の下部を構成する下部基礎５１における床下換気口５２よりも高い位置まで建物５０の外周を連続して覆うように構成する。【選択図】図２
