VEHICLE CONVEYOR
To provide, at low cost, a vehicle conveyor capable of supporting and lifting up a wheel of a vehicle to be conveyed while avoiding an increase in size of a wheel support part.SOLUTION: A vehicle conveyor 10 includes: a drive wheel 11; a wheel support part 13 capable of supporting a wheel 2 of a vehicle 1; and a lifting drive part 14 capable of lifting and lowering the wheel support part 13 with respect to the drive wheel 11. The wheel support part 13 includes: a first support bar 24 capable of supporting one side in a front-rear direction of the wheel 2 in a horizontal posture and capable of sliding in the front-rear direction; a second support bar 25 capable of supporting the other side in the front-rear direction of the wheel 2 in a horizontal posture and capable of turning around a vertical axis X1 with one end side as a base point; and a first link mechanism 26 capable of converting sliding force input to the first support bar 24 into turning force around the vertical axis X1 of the second support bar 25 and transmitting the force to the second support bar 25. The sliding force is input by moving the vehicle conveyor 10 to the other side in the front-rear direction and pressing the first support bar 24 against the wheel 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】車輪支持部の大型化を避けつつも搬送対象となる車両の車輪を支持してリフトアップ可能な車両搬送装置を低コストに提供する。【解決手段】車両搬送装置10は、駆動輪11と、車両1の車輪2を支持可能な車輪支持部13と、車輪支持部13を駆動輪11に対して昇降可能な昇降駆動部14とを備える。車輪支持部13は、水平姿勢で車輪2の前後方向一方側を支持可能でかつ前後方向にスライド可能な第一支持バー24と、水平姿勢で車輪2の前後方向他方側を支持可能でかつ一端側を基点として鉛直軸線X1まわりに旋回可能な第二支持バー25と、第一支持バー24に入力されたスライド力を第二支持バー25の鉛直軸線X1まわりの旋回力に変換して第二支持バー25に伝達可能な第一リンク機構26とを備える。スライド力は、車両搬送装置10を前後方向他方側に移動させて第一支持バー24を車輪2に押当てることで入力される。【選択図】図2
