VOID SLEEVE AND INSTALLATION METHOD FOR VOID SLEEVE
To provide a void sleeve and an installation method for the void sleeve which allow easy installation of equipment in an accommodation space while reducing obstruction to other construction work.SOLUTION: A void sleeve is provided with a cylindrical sleeve body 6 forming a concrete inner peripheral surface F1, a lid body 8 not only sealing an upper opening 7 opening toward the upper side of the sleeve body 6 but forming a ceiling surface F2 of a receiving space 3, and a joint box 11 not only being supported on the lid body 8 but receiving cables connected in various kinds of equipment installed in the receiving space 3, wherein the sleeve body 6 is configured to allow its detachment from a ceiling slab 2 after concrete is cured so as to expose the concrete inner peripheral surface F1, and the lid body 8 is configured to be left so as to be integrated with a part positioned at the upper side of the lid body 8 in the ceiling slab 2 in a state the sleeve body 6 is removed from the ceiling slab 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】他の工事の邪魔になり難くしながら収容空間に設備機器を設置し易いボイドスリーブ及びボイドスリーブの設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート内周面Ｆ１を形成する筒状のスリーブ本体６と、スリーブ本体６の上方側に向けて開口する上方側開口部７を塞ぐと共に収容空間３の天井面Ｆ２を形成する蓋体８と、蓋体８に支持されると共に収容空間３内に設置される複数種の設備機器に接続されるケーブルを収容するジョイントボックス１１とを備え、スリーブ本体６を、コンクリート内周面Ｆ１が露出するようにコンクリートの硬化後に天井スラブ２から取り外し可能に構成し、蓋体８を、スリーブ本体６が天井スラブ２から取り外された状態で、天井スラブ２における蓋体８の上方側に位置する部分と一体となって残置されるように構成する。【選択図】図１
