To improve ease of construction when installing a vibration damping device on a reinforced concrete beam whose underside is made of half-precast concrete members.SOLUTION: A half-precast concrete member 200 includes: a beam member 210 which forms the underside of a portion of a reinforced concrete beam 100 where a vibration damping stud 50 is attached; and a protrusion 220 which protrudes upward from the beam member 210 and on which the vibration damping stud 50 is placed during construction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
