To provide a fittings rental management system that can reduce the initial cost for introducing fittings and can easily improve the performance of fittings in a building.SOLUTION: A fittings rental management system has: a customer information acquisition unit that acquires customer information associated with first fittings attached to an opening of a customer's building frame, through a fittings attachment member that allows the fittings to be attached to and detached from the inside thereof; a determination unit that determines an update period for the first fittings on the basis of the acquired customer information; and a customer information update unit that, during the update of the first fittings, updates the customer information to information associated with second fittings newly attached to the inside of the fittings attachment member from which the first fittings are removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建具導入の初期費用を抑制できるとともに、建物における建具の性能向上を容易に実現可能な建具のレンタル管理システムを提供すること。【解決手段】建具を内側に取り付け及び取り外し可能に構成される建具取り付け部材を介して、顧客の建物躯体の開口部に取り付けられる第1の建具に関連付けられた顧客情報を取得する顧客情報取得部と、取得された顧客情報に基づいて、第1の建具の更新時期を判断する判断部と、第1の建具の更新時に、顧客情報を、第1の建具が取り外された建具取り付け部材の内側に新たに取り付けられる第2の建具に関連付けられた情報に更新する顧客情報更新部と、を有する、建具のレンタル管理システムである。【選択図】図1
