FIXTURE FITTING STRUCTURE, AND FIXTURE FITTING METHOD
To provide a fixture fitting structure capable of improving airtightness and water tightness while easily replacing a fixture from inside a room regardless of the type of the fixture.SOLUTION: A fixture is mounted inside a fixture fitting member that is attached to the opening of a skeleton wall on all four sides from inside the room. The fixture has an abutment part that protrudes from the edge of the outdoor side of the frame to the outdoor side, and a contact part protruding outward from the indoor end of the frame. The fixture fitting member has a mounting member body that has an inner surface facing the frame, an abutted part at the end of the outdoor side of the mounting member body, and an abutment part at the end of the indoor side of the mounting member body. The inner surface is formed in a flat surface that has no protruding part protruding inward. The contact part abuts against the abutment part from the indoor side, and between the abutment part and the abutted part, an elastic member is placed.
