To provide an existing pile support force enhanced structure and an existing pile support force enhancement method that allow the support force of an existing pile to be easily reinforced.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an existing pile support force enhanced structure 1 comprising a reinforcement member 2 placed on the ground G and fixed to an existing pile P so that a part of a load acting on the existing pile P can be distributed to the ground surface GL. An existing pile support force enhancement method utilizing this existing pile support force enhanced structure 1 includes: a step of placing the reinforcement member 2 on the ground G along the outer face of the existing pile P; and a step of fixing the reinforcement member 2 to the existing pile P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
