To provide a mounting structure for a waterproof sheet which is easy to mount and remove.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 40 for a waterproof sheet 41 is capable of being attached to protrusions 123, 133, 143 formed at the ends of an outdoor side X1 of frames 12, 13, 14 provided at an opening in a building structure 100 and protruding outward in the viewing direction, and includes a rectangular waterproof sheet 41 extending in the vertical and horizontal directions, a gasket member 42 provided at three ends of at least a lower end 41a and a pair of lateral ends 41b, 41c of the waterproof sheet 41, and a clamping member 43 attached to the three ends of at least the lower end 41a and the pair of lateral ends 41b, 41c of the waterproof sheet 41, and clamping the protrusions 123, 133, 143, the gasket member 42 and the waterproof sheet 41 with the gasket member 42 and the waterproof sheet 41 arranged in this order on the outer surfaces of the protrusions 123, 133, 143.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
