본 발명은 건축물의 유.공압식 케이블 장력조절장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 교량이나 철 구조물과 같은 건축물 등에 사용되는 케이블의 장력조절을 유.공압 작동수단으로 간편하고 정확하게 장력을 조절할 수 있고 강한 진동이나 충격 등에도 장력조절상태를 견고하게 유지할 수 있는 건축물의 유.공압식 케이블 장력 조절장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 구조물 또는 케이블이 결합된 양측 소켓부재 사이에 설치되어 케이블의 장력을 조절하는 장력조절부에 있어서, 상기 장력조절부에 실린더 본체를 설치하고 그 실린더 본체 내에서 봉상으로 이루어진 작동부재가 유.공압으로 슬라이드되어 돌출되는 길이가 신축되는 구성으로 장력이 조절되게 한 유.공압 작동수단과, 상기 장력조절된 작동부재를 고정설치되게 하는 잠금수단으로 이루어진 건축물의 유.공압식 케이블 장력조절장치를 특징으로 한다.

A hydraulic and pneumatic cable tension adjusting device of a building is provided to adjust tension simply and exactly using a hydraulic and pneumatic pressure actuating unit whose length is adjusted by an actuating member sliding in a cylinder main body installed to a tension adjusting unit which adjusts tension of a cable with hydraulic and pneumatic pressure, and to keep an actuating member with tension adjusted closely by a locking unit. In a tension adjusting unit(A) installed between two socket members(300,300Ý) coupled with a structure or a cable to adjust tension of a cable, a hydraulic and pneumatic cable tension adjusting device of a building comprises a hydraulic and pneumatic pressure actuating unit(100) formed by installing a cylinder body(110) to the tension adjusting unit and installing an actuating member(140) slid in the cylinder body with hydraulic and pneumatic pressure to be expanded and contracted for adjusting tension, and a locking unit(200) formed for fixing the actuating member with the tension adjusted to one side of the cylinder body.
