The present invention relates to a door frame reinforcing frame (20) capable of improving the rigidity of a door frame (21) by being forcibly joined to the door frame without a drill piece (self drill screw), being easily installed, and improving productivity while remarkably reducing total expenses. The door frame reinforcing frame includes bottom units (22, 23); an elastic connection unit (24) having a predetermined width and a predetermined height and formed between the bottom units (22, 23); supporting units (26, 27) vertically bent on both ends of the bottom units (22, 23); horizontal units (29, 30) horizontally bent on the ends of the supporting units (26, 27); vertical units (33, 34) bent downward on the ends of one horizontal unit (29) or the ends of both horizontal units (29, 30); and multiple locking units formed on the middle parts of the supporting units (26, 27) and locked by being forcibly joined to a joining groove of the door frame (21). The horizontal units (29, 30) and vertical units (33, 34) are symmetrically bent toward the inner sides or the outer sides of the supporting units (26, 27). Female and male joining unit that the locking units are forcibly joined are formed on a protruding unit of the door frame (21). Accordingly, the door frame reinforcing frame is easily and firmly joined.
본 발명은 직결피스(Drill piece, Self drill screw)를 사용하지 않고 문틀에 억지 결합시켜 밀착 고정함으로써 문틀(21)의 강도가 크게 보강되고, 작업성이 간편하며, 전체 비용은 대폭 절감되고 생산성은 향상되는 문틀 보강프레임(20)에 관한 것으로, 양측 바닥부(22)(23)와, 바닥부(22)와 바닥부(23) 사이에 형성되는 소정 폭과 소정 높이의 탄성 연결부(24)와, 바닥부(22)(23)의 양단부에 수직으로 절곡 형성되는 탄지부(26)(27)와, 탄지부(26)(27) 단부에 수평 절곡되는 수평부(29)(30)와, 일측 수평부(29) 또는 양측 수평부(29)(30)의 단부에 하향 절곡되는 수직부(33)(34)와, 탄지부(26)(27)의 중간 부분에 형성되고 문틀(21) 결합홈에 억지결합되어 걸림되는 다양한 구성의 걸림부를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 수평부(29)(30)와 수직부(33)(34)는 탄지부(26)(27)를 중심으로 안쪽방향 또는 바깥방향으로 대칭 절곡될 수 있으며, 문틀(21)의 돌출부에는 상기 걸림부가 억지결합되는 암수 결합부가 구성되어 쉽고 견고한 결합이 달성된다.
