The present invention relates to a crash barrier with a safety post having a dual structure comprising an inner pipe and an outer pipe and being capable of protecting lives of passengers by reducing impacts in case of a vehicle crash by including the safety post forming buffering space units between the outer pipe and a guard panel and between the inner and outer pipes and capable of minimizing damage to a vehicle and the safety post. The safety post includes the inner pipe formed into a pipe shape vertically extended and the outer pipe formed into a pipe vertically extended and having the inner surface inserted into the inner pipe to face the outer surface of the inner pipe. First and second buffering space units capable of absorbing impact in case of a vehicle crash to prevent damage to the inner pipe and protecting the passengers are formed on the outer pipe. The first buffering space unit is formed inside a bumper panel formed on one surface of the outer pipe on which the guard panel is mounted or one surface of the outer pipe, and the other surface of the outer pipe facing the surface to be integrally. The second buffering space unit is formed between the inner surface of the outer pipe and the outer surface of the inner pipe. The present invention is characterized by determining the specific frequency based on the sub pipe having the highest cut-off frequency among the sub pipes.
