The present invention relates to an electric and manual-combined floodgate lifting device having an emergent falling device. The present invention can urgently fall a floodgate using the weight of the floodgate when a water level is suddenly risen in a rainy season, can more easily control the falling speed of the floodgate using a brake part, and can more easily lift the floodgate with an electric and a manual type by coupling and separating a conversion gear and a clutch gear of an electric and manual convertible clutch unit. The electric and manual-combined floodgate lifting device comprises the clutch unit for falling with weight having a rotary shaft and a braking member, a fixed pipe body, a fixed flange, and the brake part.
본 발명은 비상강하장치가 구비된 전동수동겸용 수문인양장치에 관한 것으로서, 장마 등에 의해 수위가 급상승할 경우 수문을 긴급히 자중강하시킬 수 있음은 물론 특히, 브레이크부를 통해 수문의 자중강하속도를 보다 용이하게 조절할 수 있고, 나아가, 수동/전동 전환용 클러치수단의 전환기어와 클러치기어의 결합 및 분리시켜 수문을 전동 및 수동식으로 보다 용이하게 인양할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
