ARCH BLOCK ASSEMBLER STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING ARCH BLOCK ASSEMBLER

The present invention relates to a construction method for an arch block assembly manufactured by a top hinge, which manufactures an arch block assembly by connecting multiple unit concrete block upper parts through an upper hinge, and installs the arch block assembly to be supported by a base structure. A unit concrete block includes: a slope plate which is integrated with a connecting side surface (A1) of the unit concrete block with a trapezoidal cross section; a tubular hinge which is formed on the top surface of the slope plate; and a top hinge which makes the tubular hinge exposed from the top surface of the unit concrete block. A hinge connection member is inserted into the communicating tubular hinge after setting the tubular hinges of the unit concrete block to communicate with each other. Therefore, the top of the unit concrete blocks is hinged with each other.

다수의 단위콘크리트블록 상부를 상부힌지로 서로 연결시켜 아치블록조립체를 제작하고, 상기 아치블록조립체를 기초구조물에 지지되도록 설치하는 상단힌지를 이용하여 제작된 아치블록조립체 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 사다리꼴 단면의 단위콘크리트블록 연결측면(A1)에 일체로 형성된 경사플레이트;와 상기 경사플레이트 상면에 형성된 관형힌지;를 포함하되, 상기 관형힌지가 단위콘크리트블록 상면에 노출되도록 하는 상단힌지;를 포함하는 단위콘크리트블록; 및 상기 단위콘크리트블록의 관형힌지들이 서로 연통되도록 세팅하여 연통된 관형힌지에 삽입되는 힌지연결부재;를 포함하여, 상기 단위콘크리트블록의 상단이 서로 힌지 연결되도록 하게 된다.
