The present invention relates to a punching tube for insulating material perforation, which can punch an insulating material without damage, and wherein a bracket for fixing an attached object is installed to be securely mounted on an anchor bolt. A punching tube for an insulating material is installed to penetrate an insulating material in a wall where the insulating material is installed, wherein an anchor bolt for fixing a bracket is penetrated to be installed in the center. The punching tube for an insulating material comprises: (A) a punching body which is made of a hollow tube unit wherein a bolt through hole which the anchor bolt can penetrate, and a plurality of cutting blade units wherein a sharpened cutting blade stands in an end portion opposite to a position which is integrally installed in the hollow tube unit, wherein a support is installed; and (B) a support installed in an end of the punching body to support the bracket. The cutting blade units bend one metal plate and enable a plurality of wings to be radially formed around the hollow tube unit.
