THE ONE TOUCH SEPARATING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a one-touch type separating device for separating a locking key (100) coupled to a key hole formed on a body (M) by rotating. The one-touch type separating device includes the locking key (100) with a fixing key (110) inserted into the key hole on the lower end; a fixing unit (300) installed to be able to rotate, exposing the upper part of the locking key (100) penetrating through a hole (310) formed on the center, and including a rotary pin (320) on a rotary unit (120) formed into a groove shape on the outer circumference of the locking key (100); a crank (200) having one eccentric end joined to the upper end of the locking key (100); a control unit joined to both ends of the fixing unit (300) to be able to rotate in the vertical direction; and a connecting rod (500) connecting the center of a control unit (400) and the other eccentric end of the crank (200) using universal joints (210, 420) respectively. The present invention is characterized in that the locking key (100) is rotated and separated by rotating the crank (200) using the connecting rod (500) when the control unit (400) is pulled upward like a lever while inserted into the key hole formed in the body (M).
본 발명은 본체(M)에 형성된 키구멍에 체결된 잠금키(100)를 회전시켜 분리하기 위한 것으로, 하단에 상기 키구멍으로 삽입되는 고정키(110)가 형성된 잠금키(100); 중앙에 형성된 구멍(310)으로 상기 잠금키(100) 상단이 관통되어 노출되고 회전가능하도록 설치되고 상기 잠금키(100) 외주면에 홈 형상으로 형성된 회전부(120)에 회전용핀(320)이 설치되는 고정부(300); 일단으로 편심된 부분에 상기 잠금키(100) 상단이 결합되는 크랭크(200); 상기 고정부(300) 양단에 상하로 회전가능하게 결합되는 제어부(400); 및, 상기 제어부(400) 중심과 상기 크랭크(200)의 타단으로 편심된 부분을 각각 유니버설조인트(210, 420)로 연결하는 커넥팅로드(500); 를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 본체(M)에 형성된 상기 키구멍에 상기 잠금키(100)를 끼운 상태에서 상기 제어부(400)가 지렛대와 같이 위로 당겨지면 상기 커넥팅로드(500)에 의해 상기 크랭크(200)가 회전하여 상기 잠금키(100)가 회전하여 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치식 해체도구를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a one-touch type separating device for separating a locking key (100) coupled to a key hole formed on a body (M) by rotating. The one-touch type separating device includes the locking key (100) with a fixing key (110) inserted into the key hole on the lower end; a fixing unit (300) installed to be able to rotate, exposing the upper part of the locking key (100) penetrating through a hole (310) formed on the center, and including a rotary pin (320) on a rotary unit (120) formed into a groove shape on the outer circumference of the locking key (100); a crank (200) having one eccentric end joined to the upper end of the locking key (100); a control unit joined to both ends of the fixing unit (300) to be able to rotate in the vertical direction; and a connecting rod (500) connecting the center of a control unit (400) and the other eccentric end of the crank (200) using universal joints (210, 420) respectively.
