OPENABLE GRATING
The present invention relates to a grating capable of being opened including a foldable grating (10) connecting a first grating (11) and a second grating (12) with a hinge (13), wherein the grating is supported by a frame and the grating is divided into two parts; upper and lower rails (30, 31) installed on an inner wall of the frame (20) and guided by wheels (16) joined to the first grating (11) to move to the second grating (12) when being folded; and upper and lower handles (17, 18) installed on the lower part of the first grating (11) and the upper part of the second grating (12). The lower rail (31) supports the wheels (16) of the first grating (11) and has a width larger than that of the upper rail (30) to support a load of the foldable grating (10). Additionally, the grating capable of being opened includes a grating supporting rod (40) joined to a grating supporting rod hole (41) formed on a lateral wall (14) of the grating around a hinge shaft where the second grating (12) is open and fixed to a lateral wall of the frame (20); a spring supporter (40) installed on the bottom surface of the frame to be parallel to the grating supporting rod (40); and a spring (60) coaxially inserted into the grating supporting rod (40), having one end fixed to the grating supporting rod (40) and the other end fixed to the second grating, and providing an elastic force to open the second grating (12). A latch plate (19) is additionally joined to a lateral wall of the second grating (12). A latch-fixing groove (32) is formed on the lower rail (31) correspondingly.
본 발명은 그레이팅이 프레임에 지지되고,그레이팅은 2개로 분리한 제 1 그레이팅(11) 및 제 2그레이팅(12)이 경첩(13)으로 연결된 절첩그레이팅(10); 제 1그레이팅(11)에 유착한 바퀴(16)에 의하여 절첩시 제 2그레이팅(12)으로 이동하도록 안내되며 프레임(20) 내벽에 설치한 상,하단레일(30, 31); 및 제 1그레이팅(11) 하단 및 제 2그레이팅(12) 상단에 부가한 상,하부 손잡이(17, 18)를 포함하고;상기 하단레일(31)은 제 1그레이팅(16)의 바퀴(16)를 지지하며, 절첩그레이팅(10)의 하중을 지지하도록 상단레일(30)보다 폭을 크게 구성하고;상기, 제 2그레이팅(12)의 열리는 힌지축 부위에서 그레이팅측벽(14)에 형성한 그레이팅지지환봉공(41)에 유착되고 프레임(20) 측벽에 고정되는 그레이팅지지환봉(40); 그레이팅지지환봉(40)과 나란하게 프레임 저면에 설치되는 스프링지지대(50); 및 그레이팅지지환봉(40)에 동축으로 끼워지며, 일단은 그레이팅지지환봉(40)에 다른 단은 제 2그레이팅(12)에 고정되어 제 2그레이팅(12)이 열려지게 탄성력을 제공하도록 결합하는 스프링(60)을 더 포함하여 구성하고;상기, 제 2그레이팅(12)의 측벽에는 걸쇠판(19)을 부가 결합하고, 대응 하단레일(31)에는 걸쇠고정홈(32)을 형성한 개폐 가능한 그레이팅 이다.

The lower rail (31) supports the wheels (16) of the first grating (11) and has a width larger than that of the upper rail (30) to support a load of the foldable grating (10). Additionally, the grating capable of being opened includes a grating supporting rod (40) joined to a grating supporting rod hole (41) formed on a lateral wall (14) of the grating around a hinge shaft where the second grating (12) is open and fixed to a lateral wall of the frame (20); a spring supporter (40) installed on the bottom surface of the frame to be parallel to the grating supporting rod (40); and a spring (60) coaxially inserted into the grating supporting rod (40), having one end fixed to the grating supporting rod (40) and the other end fixed to the second grating, and providing an elastic force to open the second grating (12). A latch plate (19) is additionally joined to a lateral wall of the second grating (12). A latch-fixing groove (32) is formed on the lower rail (31) correspondingly.
