WALING STRUCTURE FOR STEEL WIRE FIXING OF INNOVATIVE PRESTRESSED SCAFFOLDING
The present invention relates to a waling structure for the steel wire anchorage of a retaining temporary facility as a prestressed waling structure for the steel wire anchorage of a retaining temporary facility to bear the earth pressure of the ground induced by excavation by using the tension of waling (20) to which a steel wire (40) is anchored. The waling structure for the steel wire anchorage of a retaining temporary facility comprises: an anchorage plate protruding from both ends of the waling (20) and having a through-hole to allow the steel wire (40) to pass through; and an anchorage unit (53) to anchor the steel wire (40) passing through the through-hole. The waling structure for the steel wire anchorage of a retaining temporary facility enables smooth transmission of the tension of the steel wire by preventing the steel wire in the anchorage unit from bending; and stably bears the earth pressure of the ground induced by excavation as the waling the steel wire is attached to the outside of the waling to allow the number of steel wires to be anchored.
본 발명은 흙막이 가시설의 강선 정착용 띠장 구조체에 관한 것으로, 띠장(20)에 강선(40)을 정착하여 발생하는 긴장력으로 상기 띠장(20)이 굴착으로 인한 지반의 토압을 지지하도록 하는 프리스트레스트 방식의 흙막이 가시설의 강선 정착용 띠장 구조체이며, 상기 띠장(20)의 단부 양측면에 돌출되게 설치되며 강선(40)이 통과하는 관통공이 형성된 정착 플레이트와, 상기 관통공을 통과한 강선(40)을 정착시키는 정착구(53)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 정착구에서 강선의 꺽임이 방지되므로 강선의 긴장력이 강선에 원활하게 전달되고 강선이 띠장의 외부에 정착되므로 정착할 수 있는 강선의 수가 많아 띠장이 굴착으로 인한 지반의 토압을 안정적으로 지지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
