PANEL MODULE FOR CONSTRUCTING RETAINING WALL
The present invention provides a panel module for constructing a retaining wall wherein crushed stone and backfill soil are filled in the rear side including a panel unit forming the retaining wall; a connection unit arranged in the part wherein the crushed stone is filled; and a plate-shaped reinforcing member installed on the connection unit to be parallel to the ground in the rear side of the panel unit. The connection unit inserted and fixated to the rear side of the panel unit includes vertical connection units formed at a preset interval from the panel unit and a horizontal connection unit installed to connect the vertical connection units adjoining each other wherein the reinforcing member is fitted by being rolled while being in contact. The connection unit is formed in a shape enabling the horizontal connecting unit to be connected to the adjoining panel unit when two panel units are installed in the longitudinal direction. A non-woven cloth sheet forming a permeable layer is joined to the top of a woven cloth sheet forming an impermeable layer so that the reinforcing member installed in the connection unit is formed. The non-woven cloth sheet is arranged on the outer side of the reinforcing member so that water is guided to the part where the crushed stone is arranged in the horizontal direction along the non-woven cloth sheet and discharged downward.
본 발명은 옹벽의 후방측으로 쇄석과 뒤채움흙이 충진되는 옹벽 구축용 패널모듈에 있어서, 옹벽 벽체를 형성하는 패널부와, 상기 쇄석이 충진된 영역에 배치되는 연결부와, 상기 패널부의 후방측에 지반에 평형하게 상기 연결부에 설치되는 면상의 보강부재를 포함하며, 상기 연결부는 상기 패널부 후방측에 삽입 고정되되 상기 패널부로부터 기 설정된 이격거리를 가지도록 구비되는 수직연결부 및 인접하는 상기 수직연결부가 서로 연결되도록 설치되어 상기 보강부재가 면접촉하며 말려서 끼워지는 수평연결부가 포함되며, 상기 연결부는 상기 패널부 두 개를 좌우 길이방향으로 설치 시 인접된 상기 패널부에 상기 수평연결부가 서로 연결 가능한 형태로 이루어지며, 상기 연결부에 설치되는 보강부재는 투수층을 이루는 부직포시트와 불투수층을 이루는 직포시트가 복층 결합되어 형성되되 외측으로 상기 부직포시트가 배치되어 상기 쇄석이 위치된 측으로 상기 부직포시트를 따라서 물이 수평 유도되어 하측으로 배수되도록 하는옹벽 구축용 패널모듈을 제공한다.
