MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL SCORIA
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an artificial scoria, which allows to use materials such as briquette ash, wood ash, sawdust, and the like which are difficult to be discarded so as to manufacture an artificial scoria appropriate for various purposes such as landscape architecture, decoration, containers for living, and the like. In addition, the manufacturing method enables an artificial scoria to have the shape, structure, texture, and intensity same as or similar to those of a scoria and to realize various colors and porous properties. More specifically, the manufacturing method comprises: a first step for crushing, mixing, forming, and drying china clay, red clay, granite soil, briquette ash, sawdust, and wood ash; and a second step for heating the result obtained in the first step at a temperature of 700-900°C and firstly plasticizing the same, wherein the china clay consists of the group selected from celadon soil, ceramic soil, pottery soil, and San-baek soil.
본 발명은 연탄재, 나무재, 톱밥 등 일상 생활에서 사용하고 난 후 폐기하기 어려운 소재들을 활용하여 조경용, 장식용, 생활 용기 등 다양한 용도에 적합한 인공 화산석을 제조할 수 있으며,화산석과 동일 내지 유사한 정도의 형상, 구조, 질감 및 강도를 가지면서도 다양한 색상과 다공 특성의 구현이 가능하도록 한 인공 화산석 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 도토, 황토, 화강토, 연탄재, 톱밥, 나무재를 분쇄, 혼합, 성형 및 건조하는 제 1 단계 및 700~900℃로 가열하여 초벌소성하는 제 2 단계로 이루어지며, 상기 도토는 청자토, 분청토, 옹기토, 산백토 중에서 선택된 군으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
