FIXED BASE DEVICE STRUCTURE FOR TRANSMISSION SUBSTATION TOWER
The present invention relates to a fixed base device structure for transmission and substation towers and, more specifically, to a fixed base device structure for transmission and substation towers improved to set a fixed base which is a foundation of a transmission tower to support transmission lines at a right position while firmly fixing the fixed base. Even if linear expansion is generated by a high temperature change, the present invention can absorb the linear expansion to prevent bending deflection and durability; thereby making a foundation structure capable of enduring 100 years. A rectangular penetration hole (34) is formed at the center of a base plate (32) formed in the upper part of a foundation frame (30). Left and right linear guide angles (40, 42) and front and rear linear guide angles (50, 52) are installed at a right angle to the top surface (31) and the bottom surface (33) of the base plate (32). A longitudinal guide slot (48) and a lateral guide slot (58) are formed at the center of a lateral slide plate (44) and a longitudinal slide plate (54) guided while being fitted in the left and right linear guide angles (40, 42) and the front and rear linear guide angles (50, 52). Nut extension parts (45, 55) bent in an L-shape are formed in one side of the lateral slide plate (44) and the longitudinal slide plate (54). A left transfer screw (47) and a longitudinal transfer screw (57) inserted in bearing blocks (46, 56) to be supported are thread-coupled to the nut extension parts (45, 55). A circular hole (62) is vertically formed at the center of a rectangular adjustment shaft (60). A hanging protrusion (64) is formed on the side surface of the adjustment shaft (6). The vertical shaft inserted in the circular hole (62) is vertically installed downward from the center of the underside of the tower. Rectangular coupling parts (39, 59) coupled to separable handles (80, 82) are formed in the end of the lateral transfer screw (47) and the longitudinal transfer screw (57). A plurality of supporters (90) to support the underside of a tower support plate (70) is installed on the top surface (31) of the base plate (32).
본 발명은 송전 변전 철탑용 고정베이스 장치구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 송전선로를 지탱하는 송전 철탑의 기초인 고정베이스를 보다 견고하게 하면서 정확한 위치에 세팅할 수 있도록 개선된 송전 변전 철탑용 고정베이스 장치구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 고온의 기온 변화에 의한 선팽창이 발생하더라도 이를 충분히 흡수완충하여 휨변형을 방지함은 물론 내구성을 높여 100년에도 견딜 수 있는 기초 구조물을 완성하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

A left transfer screw (47) and a longitudinal transfer screw (57) inserted in bearing blocks (46, 56) to be supported are thread-coupled to the nut extension parts (45, 55). A circular hole (62) is vertically formed at the center of a rectangular adjustment shaft (60). A hanging protrusion (64) is formed on the side surface of the adjustment shaft (6). The vertical shaft inserted in the circular hole (62) is vertically installed downward from the center of the underside of the tower. Rectangular coupling parts (39, 59) coupled to separable handles (80, 82) are formed in the end of the lateral transfer screw (47) and the longitudinal transfer screw (57). A plurality of supporters (90) to support the underside of a tower support plate (70) is installed on the top surface (31) of the base plate (32).
